Cookie policy

1. What cookies are

Cookies are small files a website saves in your browser. Similar technologies, such as local storage, work in the same way. We use both and call them all “cookies” here.

2. Essential cookies

These make the site work and remember your choices. They do not need your consent.

• cookieConsent and cookieConsentDate: remember your cookie choice.
• fixtrack_params and fixtrack_session (session storage, deleted when you close the tab): if you arrived from an advert, keep the ad click identifier and campaign tags with your repair request.

3. Advertising cookies

If you choose “Accept all”, we also keep the ad click identifier for up to 90 days (cookie _fixtrack and local storage fixtrack_params), and Google may set cookies to measure whether our adverts lead to repair requests. If you choose “Essential only”, none of these are used.

4. Changing your choice

To change your choice, clear this site’s cookies and site data in your browser settings; the cookie banner will appear again on your next visit.
